We are currently recruiting a Tower Crane Operator to assist with fast-paced, challenging projects that are shaping the Vancouver skyline!

Wage

$35-50 hourly. Depending on experience, negotiable.

Duties/Responsibilities

Operate crane to lift, move or place construction equipment and materials
Inspect crane and calculate capacities
Fly tables
Assemble and dismantle
Perform repairs and maintenance

Working Conditions

Overtime after 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Double time after 12 hours per day
Overtime and work on weekends as required
Two paid 15 minutes breaks and one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day

Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined, physically fit

Requirements

3-6 years experience operating tower cranes
Journeyman Tower Crane Operator Certificate or provincial equivalent
Rigging ticket considered an asset
Fall Protection
