We are currently recruiting Labourers to assist the formwork carpenters on various commercial construction projects throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas. We have year-round, long-term, steady work!

Wage
- $17 - $25 per hour depending on experience, negotiable

Duties/Responsibilities
Assist carpenters with....
- Building and stripping walls, columns, and slabs
- Flying tables
- Placement of vertical concrete
- Installing temporary fencing, guardrails, handrails, and barriers
- Collaborate and work with experienced supervision
- Work with a variety of shoring, scaffolding, and formwork systems
- House keeping/site clean up
- Erecting and dismantling scaffolding
- Unloading and loading materials
Working Conditions
- 9-12 hours per day, six days per week
- Two paid 15 minutes breaks and one ½ hour unpaid lunch break per day
- Working outside in the elements and at heights
- Fast-paced and physically demanding

- Ability to work well in a team and independently

- Punctual and reliable
- Self-motivated
- Manual dexterity, mechanically inclined, physically fit
Requirements
- WHMIS2015 (we provide)
- CSTS ticket preferred but we can provide
- Fall Protection ticket preferred but we can provide
- 1-4 years of construction experienced preferred
